    Choose your morning routine activities by the goals you set yourself. For instance, If you want to focus on your physical health, you might have slightly different activities in mind, as if your goal is to learn something new.

    However, there are always activities which can apply to various objects. Hence practicing yoga can be a method to improve your health just as to learn something new, if you are a beginner.
