The Best Life-Changing Podcasts You Need To Listen To Asap!

This blog post is dedicated to my favorite life-changing podcasts. Due to recent events, we’re facing a transitory period where we likely spend our days at home.

Podcasts provide a huge amount of highly valuable strategies, tips, and inspirational stories. While listening to a podcast episode, we are able to get something else done on the side and can escape from our reality for a few minutes. Folding laundry or doing the dishes suddenly becomes more tolerable and makes me feel productive as fuck because I’m doing two things at once.

However, to be honest, if I genuinely want to absorb all the knowledge I’m not able to multitask at all.

The Best Life-Changing PODCASTS You Need To Listen To Asap!

6 Tips for your life-changing podcast listening experience

The best thing I possibly could do is to grab a large cup of tea and my notebook, curl up somewhere snug and only focus on the podcast episode itself.

Honestly, I always conduct to take notes and I would highly recommend it to you as well! But on the other hand, we can always listen to those juicy episodes again and again…

Don’t overdo it! I noticed, that listening to one or at the utmost two podcast episodes a day is the most beneficial for me. I, for instance, love to listen to an episode as an element of my morning routine. However, one or two might not be your magic episode count. So just experiment a bit until you find yours. The reason why I mentioned this is because I need some time to actually process what I heard before. Hence, If I binge-listen to several episodes a day I’m not able to handle it anymore and forget a lot of the important aspects mentioned.

I love to reflect on the topics and to really get the most of the learnings those podcasts provide. Sometimes I even grab my bullet journal and write some thoughts down or I create a unique page that is inspired by what I listened to previously.

If you feel that a certain podcast episode had a great impact on you, share it with your friends. Spread the word and tell people what you’ve learned. Not only are you pinning it in your brain more effectively, but you probably also help someone or initiate an exciting conversation.

Also, the voice of the host has a huge impact on me. If I love the voice and if it sounds friendly and the person even laughs some times, the chance that I stick around is much higher.

My favorite life-changing podcasts

Below, you’ll find my 8 favorite life-changing podcasts I listen to frequently. In case you want to check several of them out, just click on the orange title and it will directly guide you to their Spotify page.

The ranking happened intentionally, which means I absolutely adore the first one and really like the last one. However, you might have a different opinion, so make sure to consider each one regardless.

1. Women Who Prosper by Dr. Sarah Coxon

The Women Who Prosper podcast is a sacred space for ambitious women to unleash their feminine magic, experience the Divine Feminine, powerfully rise and learn the art of manifestation and limitless living. Dr. Sarah Coxon is here to help you see and dissolve your limitations and step into your most expansive reality so that you can make a true impact, live your purpose, experience prosperity, create success on your terms and truly thrive as an empowered woman. From inspirational stories to practical wisdom, you’ll be guided on a journey of transformation.

Sarah actually opened my eyes and had a huge impact on my transformation. She usually has a new episode every Friday and I always listen to t right off the bat. I love how genuine and loving she speaks and listening to her voice always makes me feel so empowered and like I’m capable of accomplishing everything. So this is clearly one of the most life-changing podcasts for me.

2. ReWilding by Ella Grace Denton

The second of my life-changing podcasts I listen to is by Ella. ReWilding is about unraveling your conditioning and reconnecting with the Wild Woman inside.

Unfortunately, Ella hasn’t uploaded any new episodes since December 2019. However, there are currently 15 delicious episodes available on Spotify. I have been listening to all of them and I’m not exaggerating when I say that I could listen to them over and over again.

3. She Rises Podcast by Giovanna Capozza

Get practical advice on everything from your health, body image, spirituality, sex, relationships, and personal growth. Learn how to become the woman you always wanted to be before the ‘shoulds’ of life and career took over. Break out of your self-imposed prison and rise out of mediocrity and settling for less than you desire!

Giovanna is a fascinating woman who addresses the stuff that weights women down by talking to celebrities and experts. She has been doing this for three years, which means there is a ton of material out there, waiting for you to listen to. (I wanted to count the episodes for you but after 57 I resigned. ;P) I have maybe heard about 10 and would recommend every single one of them.

4. The Manifestation Babe by Kathrin Zenkina

Manifestation Babe is your daily sip of personal development for all things manifesting, mindset and money.

Kathrin currently has over a hundred podcast episodes on Spotify. What I really like about her episodes is that there are very short ones and also the longer ones. This means you can easily adjust the episode length to the available time frame.

5. The Rise and Conquer Podcast by Georgie Stevenson

On the Rise and Conquer Podcast, you’ll dive deep into all things mindset, habits, career, health, relationships and more. This is a podcast for women who want to rise up to be the best version of themselves, who have big dreams and who are willing to put in the work to get there. This podcast will bring you the tools & actionable steps to feeling confident in yourself, inspired to take bold action and motivated to conquer your goals.

I love Georgie’s voice and her Australian accent. I just recently discovered her podcast, but I fell in love with it very fast.

life is not about waiting for the storm to pass... it is about learning how to dance in the rain.

6. The Goal Digger Podcast by Jenna Kutcher

The live-workshop style business podcast that is helping thousands redefine success and chase bolder dreams. You can train from the experts on how to dig in, do the work, and tackle your biggest goals along the way.

Jenna is so inspiring and I adore her energy. She is a successful businesswoman and mother and I admire her so much. Jenna also has a Facebook group. The Goal Digger Insiders is a community where you can pull up a seat to the table completely as you are and find endless resources, friends, and supporters to cheer you on and give you insight as you grow.

7. Unladylike by Cristen Conger and Caroline Ervin

Find out what happens when women break the rules – those unwritten but all too real bullshit expectations of how we should live our lifes. Both hosts tackle questions through their trademark obsessive research, stories from rule-breaking ladies and a solid dose of delightful feminist rage.

This podcast is so refreshing! They host inspiring guests and have the best conversations with each other.

8. Glow Getters Guide by Imaan Abdulle

This is the podcast version of Imaan’s blog. It is all about the mentality you need in order to finally live your dream life. It is also a way to show others all the possibilities the internet has to build your dream life. If you struggle with mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, etc and don’t want that to hold you back in life then this is the perfect podcast for you. She herself has been struggling with severe depression for years.

Imaan started her podcast a few days ago and currently has only one episode. But this episode was extremely packed with excellent pieces of information. In only 13 minutes, she taught me some impactful lessons about being successful. I’m sure, she will be stoked to have new people listening to her new baby podcast soon.

Those are great points! I am always too impatient to find a good podcast but I am considering the morning routine on my way to work because the drive is a good 30 mins. It would be inspirational and positive!🙂❤

    • shedigsdeeper

Hey Rasi 🙂 I love the idea of listening to podcasts as a daily routine on your way to work! When I was working full time I also did that and it made me feel so productive… This improved my mood for the entire day because I was able to do something for myself early in the morning without waking up earlier. I hope you’ll try it out! 🙂

  • Mariam

I listen to some of these like Manifestation Babe and Goal Digger, and love them! I’m going to check out the rest of these. Thank you!

  • Bri

Thanks so much for those tips at the beginning of this post! I really would like to start listening to podcasts more regularly however I either can’t find the time to sit down and truly absorb what they’re saying or I hear way too many at once and miss the opportunity to truly benefit from what I’m hearing. Definitely going to start taking notes and tune into some of these!
Great post, can’t wait to learn some new things!

Hey Bri 🙂 I’m so happy to hear that you enjoyed my tips and I truly hope you are going to find them helpful in your “podcast listening practice”.

  • Britt k

I LOVE listening to podcasts and The Goal Digger Podcast is one of my favourite go-to choices. For me, I can multitask while listening within reason… it depends on what I’m doing while I’m listening. I love podcasts when I’m doing something mindless like folding laundry – the task itself doesn’t require a lot of attention or focus, so my focus can be on what I’m listening to. I do keep a notebook close at hand for when I hear something that I just ‘have to’ write down lol

    • shedigsdeeper

Hey Britt 🙂 Thanks for sharing! I honestly admire your habit of writing important things down. I definitely have to do this more often too.

  • Sarah

OMG thank you for writing this post!! I’m starting with Glow Getters Guide first because I have been struggling with my depression in the last couple of days. I’m so excited!

    • shedigsdeeper

Hey Sarah 🙂 I’m so glad you found this post! And I truly hope listening to those podcasts will help you to feel better soon! I’d also highly recommend “The women who prosper”… Sarah Coxon always makes me feel better when I listen to her podcast episodes. She is incredibly inspiring and talks to you like you are her best friend… 🙂

I wish you all the best and if you ever need someone to talk to, just send me an email @

I’ve never really gotten into podcasts until recently. Before the lockdown I made sure my journey to work would consist of one podcast on the train in, that got me through the journey. I will check these out now too. Thank you!
